Prices: All prices offered on the website www.calabriasaporirc.it include VAT. All sales prices of the Products indicated on the Site www.calabriasaporirc.it are expressed in Euro. The prices of the individual Products, from time to time indicated on the Site, may also be changed without notice. The prices applied will always be those indicated on the Site at the time of the purchase order.

Acceptance of the order: The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases: By sending the order, the customer sends Calabria Sapori di Siclari Giovanni a proposal to purchase the selected product or products. The sending of the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive the subsequent communications of Calabria Sapori described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. Calabria Sapori confirms with an e-mail the receipt of the order sent by the customer. Calabria Sapori will verify the actual availability in stock of the requested goods, in the event that part of the products are missing, Calabria Sapori will communicate to the customer asking for confirmation of the order fulfillment with only the goods available. 

Payments: Payments can be made by the following methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Cash on Delivery.

Delivery times and methods: Calabria Sapori will deliver the products purchased to the express courier with the utmost speed and care of the packaging, however, within 48 hours of confirmation of the completion of the purchase procedure using trusted shippers.

The delivery costs of the Products are charged to the Customer and are thus calculated directly on the purchase order.

Right of withdrawal: Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send Calabria Sapori a notice to that effect, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Once we have received the aforementioned notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of Calabria Sapori will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods. As the only burden, in this case the customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods that must be returned intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal can not be exercised. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the goods, Calabria Sapori will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide Calabria Sapori with the bank details (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account), in order to obtain a refund of the price.

Applicable law: The sales contract between the customer and Calabria Sapori is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 CODE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA Calabria Sapori undertakes not to disclose for any reason to third parties any of the information released by our customers during registration on the site, except those essential for the conclusion of the purchase. 

PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING Customers' personal data will be processed for the following purposes: 1. Purposes necessary for the fulfillment of orders and the provision of services related to the calabriasaporirc.it site, and may be communicated to couriers who deal with the shipment of packages, to the extent that such data are necessary for the work of sending and delivery; 2. Purposes related to the fulfillment of the obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by Authorities legitimated by law and by Supervisory and Control Bodies. The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes is necessary for the execution of contractual obligations and therefore does not require the manifestation of explicit consent.
